On January 18th, the development of Harbin Electrical Corporation International’s EPC market got off to an excellent start with the signing of a contract with Hailun City Guanfeng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. for the EPC of the Heilongjiang Suihua-Hailun Guanfeng Wind Power project.

The Suihua-Hailun Guanfeng Wind Power project is located in the area around Hailun City’s Xiangfu Town and Gonghe Town. The project plan is to construct and install equipment with a capacity of 100MW. The scope of work includes design, procurement of equipment, installation, testing and adjustment, trial operation, and warranty period servicing, etc.
