Industrial boilers

In recent years, focusing on the theme of environmental protection, closely following the development direction of the world energy technology and constantly intensifying independent innovation, the HE developed multiple industrial boiler units which are efficient, clean, green, suitable for coal of various kinds of quality and with independent IPR.

HE boasts mature design and manufacturing experiences in 50-100MW level units, and has manufactured and put into operation nearly 200 sets of 220t/h-level boilers, more than 20 sets of 320t/h-level boilers and more than 100 sets of 410-480t/h-level boilers. All performance indicators of the boilers in operation have reached or been better than the design values.

In terms of the high-temperature, high-pressure pulverized coal boiler, the circular fluid bed boiler and the large-sized central heating boiler burning soft coal, brown coal and lean coal, HE has developed mature experiences in relevant design, manufacturing and installation. Meanwhile, HE has contracted manufacturing of core equipment in power centers of many projects of Datang Keqi, Datang Fuxin, Shenhua Yulin, Shenhua Baotou, Huaneng Yingkou Xianrendao, Huaneng Dalian, PetroChina and CNOOC.
