At 12 o'clock on the morning of June 11, local time, HEI and the Owner officially signed the final acceptance certificate (FAC) for the Uzbekistan Angren 1×150MW Coal-fired Power Plant Project, indicating that the overall handover of the Angren project has been successfully completed.

The project is the first coal-fired power plant contracted by HEI in response to the Belt and Road Initiative of China in a Central Asian country and the first EPC project between Uzbekistan and China. The project is also one of the preferential loan projects of the Export-Import Bank of China.
