On April 13, ‘Russia-China Electronic Equipment Co., Ltd’ jointly established by HE, Russia New Technology Investment Co., Ltd. and Singapore Sirius Company was successfully registered in Russia. Together with its Chinese and Russian partners, HE has already conducted many in-depth investigations into the Russian electricity market and has had comprehensive exchanges with the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, owners of power generation facilities, and financial institutions. Subsequently, HE set up this joint venture in Russia, with plans to establish an innovative electronic equipment production base. The move has won widespread recognition and praise.
