On January 5, 2017, HE received a letter of thanks from China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC). CNNC thanked HE for providing high-quality products and services in the No. 3 Unit Project of the Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant Phase II. 

The turbine generator unit equipment of the No. 3 unit of the Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant Phase II has achieved three one-time successes. It successively completed impacting the turbine with nuclear steam in the first attempt on October 5, 2017, completed one-key startup in the first attempt on October 6, 2017, and completed the synchronization in the first attempt on December 30, 2017. The leading indicators of the unit such as vibration, expansion difference, displacement, eccentricity and oil temperature have met the acceptance criteria, which has laid a foundation for the follow-up power tests, dynamic tests, full-load commissioning and commercial operation.
