Main Steam Blowout for Jamshoro 2×660MW Power Plant Project in Pakistan Successfully Completed

On June 1, at 8:35 AM local time in Pakistan, Harbin Electric International Co., Ltd. (HEI) successfully completed the temperature and pressure rise operation for main boiler of Jamshoro 2×660MW Power Plant Project in Pakistan. This achievement enabled the initial main steam blowout, laying a solid foundation for subsequent unit commissioning and grid connection.

Jamshoro 2×660MW Power Plant Project in Pakistan is located in Jamshoro Town, 30 kilometers from Hyderabad in Sindh Province. With a total installed capacity of 1320MW, the project consists of two 660MW supercritical units. Next, HEI’s Jamshoro project team will continue to maintain their momentum to advance the company's high-quality development and actively contribute to the construction of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor, based on its high-quality project performance and the delivery of demonstration projects for the Belt and Road Initiative.
