On the afternoon of November 18, 2021, Harbin Electric Corporation convened a personnel meeting with middle and above levels management. Officials from the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee announced the CPC Central Committee’s decision on the adjustment of the chairman and the secretary of the party committee of Harbin Electric Corporation: Cao Zhi’an was appointed as the chairman and secretary of the party committee of Harbin Electric Corporation and, at the same time, dismissed from the position of director, the president and the deputy secretary of the party leadership group of China Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd.; and Si Zefu was dismissed from the position of the chairman and the secretary of the party committee of Harbin Electric Corporation. The appointment and dismissal of relevant positions shall be handled under the relevant laws and regulations.
