On October 22 at 15:00, HEI and EREN Group signed the Modern Karton PM6 Project EPC Contract through a video conference.

The PM6 project will use the most advanced paper machines, producing 2,400 tons of recycled corrugated cardboard per day, with an annual output of 700,000 tons and a wastewater treatment capacity of 20,160m3/day.

EREN Group, as a strong integrated enterprise in Turkey, plays a leading role in the papermaking and energy industries, and is also an important client of HE in Turkey. HE undertook the construction of the EREN Zetes III 2X660MW Thermal Power Plant in 2013, the units of which were put into commercial operation in 2016.The project set the fastest record for the construction of similar units in Turkey and won the Best EPC Contractor Award for thermal power projects in Turkey in 2018. During the nearly ten years of construction, operation, and maintenance of Zetes III, HE has won the trust of the owner with its excellent project execution and services.
