At 5:30 p.m. local time on April 4, the Mexico Manzanillo Phase III 350MW Combined Cycle Project, undertaken by Harbin Electric International Company (HEI), successfully completed its 15-day reliability run, with the unit operating smoothly, all operating parameters remaining within normal ranges, and overall reliability exceeding contractual and dispatching requirements.

The successful completion of the 15-day reliability run fully validated the unit’s operational stability and reliability and demonstrated the project team’s strong teamwork, sense of responsibility, professionalism and efficiency. Going forward, the project team will maintain the current momentum, steadily advance the remaining closeout work and work toward an early and smooth project handover, while continuing to support the Company’s efforts to deepen its presence in overseas markets and pursue high-quality development.
