HE Harbin Power Plant Valve Company Limited (HVC) has achieved a market breakthrough—winning the bid for the Ghazlan 01 Combined Cycle Gas-Fired Power Plant Expansion Project in Saudi Arabia, undertaken by MHPS Dongfang Boiler Co., Ltd. (MHDB), securing the bidding section for valves for eight sets of waste heat boilers.
