Recently, the Saudi Rumah 2 Combined Cycle Power Plant Project, undertaken by Harbin Electric International Company (HEI), received a 2026 International Safety Award presented by the British Safety Council, achieving Distinction, the award’s highest grade, marking renewed recognition of the Company’s overall safety management capabilities by a leading international authority.
