At 16:09 on July 22, under the slow traction of the 1,000-ton overhead crane, the world's first runner with splitter blades of the Baihetan Hydropower Project’s mega-kilowatt unit developed by HE was successfully lifted into place, marking the beginning of a new stage in the construction of the Baihetan Hydropower Project, the world’s largest under construction with the largest single unit capacity.
