At 12:21PM on March 6, Dubai local time, with representatives from the employer and GE in attendance, the steam blowing for the Dubai Hassyan Project undertaken by HEI was successfully completed, thus laying a solid foundation for subsequent grid connection of unit #2.

At 12:00 on March 2, steam blowing was officially started following the ignition of the Hassyan Project Unit #2 boiler, and was successfully completed after four days.
