On September 4, local time in Dubai, Unit #2 of the Dubai Hassyan 4×600MW Clean Coal-fired Power Plant Project, a major international cooperation project contracted by HE under the Belt and Road Initiative and the first clean coal-fired power plant in the Middle East, completed the performance test successfully, marking that all the assessment tests under the contract were successfully completed and Unit #2 is ready for commercial operation.
