HE Signs Cooperation Agreements with Russian Governments and Companies
Chairman of the Board of HE Mr. Si Zefu participated in the 23rd Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum and 2nd Russian-Chinese Energy Business Forum on June 7 and 8, 2019. HE respectively signed cooperation agreements with Russia Power Machinery Co., Ltd, Kaluzhskaya Oblast Government and Penza Oblast Government before the beginning of the forum and during the forum. Mr. Si Zefu also signed a four-party united cooperation agreement with Xingongyi Investment Co., Ltd, Sirius Energy Engineering Co., Ltd and the China-Russia Regional Cooperation and Development Investment Fund during his stay in Russia.
