Establishment of committees
Under the Board of Directors of Harbin Electric Company Limited there are 4 special committees, namely Appraisal Committee, Salaries Committee, Nomination Committee and Strategic Development Committee. All members of the committees are members of the Board of Directors of the Company.
Appraisal Committee
The Committee consists of the following members: Mr. Liu Dengqing, Mr. Yu Wenxing and Mr. Zhu Hongjie, with independent non-executive director Liu Dengqing as the chief committee member.
Salary Committee
The Committee consists of the following members: Mr. Yu Wenxing, Mr. Song Shiqi and Mr. Zhu Hongjie, with independent non-executive director Mr. Yu Wenxing as the chief committee member.
Nomination Committee
The Committee consists of the following members: Mr. Si Zefu, Mr. Liu Dengqing and Mr. Hu Jianmin, with Mr. Si Zefu, Chairman of the Board, as the chief committee member.
Strategic Development Committee
The Committee consists of the following members: Mr. Wu Weizhang, Mr. Zhang Yingjian, Mr. Yu Wenxing and Mr. Hu Jianmin, with Mr. Wu Weizhang, executive director, as the chief committee member.
