On March 27, the concrete pouring for the final part of the main structure of the circulating water pumphouse upgrading works of BQPS-III Project contracted by HEI was started. After more than ten hours of continuous work, the concrete pouring work was successfully completed, with a total volume of 350 cubic meters, marking the beginning of the installation of the circulating water pump house upgrading works.

The circulating water pumphouse of BQPS-III Project was upgraded from that of Phase I. The upgrading work of civil structure involves dismantling and cleaning the original concrete structure, and rebar installation and rebuilding of the new concrete structure. The successful casting of the main structure of the circulating water pumphouse of BQPS-III Project marks a preliminary victory of the upgrading works and also adds construction experience of brownfield projects.
