At 14:58 local time on August 28 in Turkey, the Modern Karton PM6 Paperboard Mill Project, constructed by Harbin Electric International Company Limited (HEI), successfully produced its first sheet of paper. The completion of this important milestone marks a solid step forward toward the issuance of the project's Trial Operation Certificate (TOC).

This successful start-up and paper production is not only a key milestone in the project's construction but also another major achievement for Harbin Electric Group in the non-power business sector.
