At 3:53 a.m. local time on June 22 in Mexico, the main transformer of the 350 MW gas turbine unit at the Manzanillo III Combined-Cycle Project, constructed by Harbin Electric International Company Limited (HEI), successfully completed its first energization and remained stable. All transformer indicators performed well, laying a solid foundation for the comprehensive commissioning of the project.

The Manzanillo III 350 MW Combined-Cycle Project in Mexico is the first combined-cycle project implemented by HEI in the North American market. The project was organized and executed with a high degree of localization, adopting local design, local construction, and local standards for the first time, which posed significant challenges to its execution.
