At 11 o'clock on the morning of August 17, HEI and Vietnam PECC2 signed a cooperation agreement through a video conference.

As a local state-owned holding company in Vietnam, PECC2 has been deeply involved in power projects in Vietnam and neighboring countries for many years, with its business covering project consulting, machinery manufacturing, investment, and other fields, enjoying significant influence in the industry.

At the signing ceremony, the leaders of both parties reviewed their past cooperation experience, introduced their own current key businesses, and conducted in-depth discussions and full exchanges on the power market and the future energy structure situation of Vietnam. The two sides stressed that they will further deepen cooperation and complement each other's advantages, and will conduct all-around cooperation in such key areas as LNG, biomass, and wind power in the future.
